Maybe you want to know more about me, or maybe you just clicked the About button by mistake; but whatever the case may be, you are now on my homepage, and I would like to show you something About me.
My name is Rongjian Gu, and I am a junior student studying Computer Science and Technology at USTC. My CV can be downloaded here(and here for a Simplified Chinese version).
Currently, I’m interested in all applications of LLM. Right now, under the tutoring of Fuli Feng, I’m working on recommendations based on LLM.
I learned about LLM(GPT, Bert, LLaMA, and so on…) just in December 2022, when ChatGPT first came out. (As you can see in my CV, I still use ResNet for my freshman-year class project :D) I registered for an account, and my mind was blown away when it could answer my questions in English and Chinese with tremendous accuracy and fluency. I can’t wait to get more knowledge of LLM and gradually realize that AI is the future.
I’m determined to devote myself to AI research and make AI models more helpful to human beings. “Helpful“ has a complex and wide meaning: maybe increasing models’ accuracy, maybe lowering the negative impact of models; but whatever the case may be, researching AI is my determination.
